My life has always been very closely tied with my hobbies. I like to live life for the best and get the most out of it.
Here are some of my current, and past hobbies...
Boating is a huge passion of mine, as I just love to be on the water, having fun and enjoying the sun!
That's my 1986 Rinker V-170, which I named after my sister, Lori Anne. It was a great deal of fun, but I sold it due to the expensive upkeep on an older boat. I plan on buying one early next year (2012) so stay tuned!
I play racquetball
quite a bit, and have a few buds that play as well. Racquetball is my
favorite sport followed closely by tennis and basketball. I play often,
whenever weather and time permits.
Of course....my planes. I don't have a plane now, as I sold my Rans in 2007, but I plan on taking it up again:
That's my Rans S6ES Coyote II.
It's a light-sport 2 seater aircraft. I sold
my AeroLite 103 (pictured below)
and bought this so I would be able to take people along when I fly. I'd rather do this than anything.
Ever since I was a little kid I have had a fascination with astronomy.
So I bought a telescope many years ago. It was a 900MM refractor scope.
I got more and more interested in it, and bought a bigger scope, and through
the years have continued the progression, and well...
That is my 12" Newtonian. It is a great deep sky telescope. It is
F 5.0 which means it has a wide angle view and takes in a lot of light.
I have a full array of lenses and filters with it as well.
I'm also into motorcycles.
This is my 2004 Volusia. It's made by Suzuki.
I've also been flying RC planes for years. Man, have I gone through a bunch of them...
I was actually published once with the plane closest to the car, my Extra 300S. Apparently, I invented a new maneuver :)
